Question About Full Time Analyst Interview Process - 3rd Round Interviews Exist???

Question about interviewing process for S&T at a bulge bracket bank... Full time analyst

Background:
- Applied for sales role (specific desk) in S&T for full time analyst position
- Already had the 30 min phone interview (1st rounder)
- Have scheduled 2nd round Video Conference interview (30 mins long)
- No mention of word from HR
- Applicant pool must be pretty thin for this position - Did not even network a single time, but got the 1st round interview opportunity (which very rarely happens for full time opportunities...)
- My impression is that HR is trying to push all interviews to be done ASAP

My question is:
- Do you think there will be a 3rd rounder (final) after this video interview? - "Real" super day in NYC? Kind of does not make sense that video interview would be a final one, especially for a SALES position.. Do "3 round" interviews even exist in bulge bracket banks? I have seen some Glassdoor feedback for operations interviews that had final rounds being video conferences..

Thank you for your replies in advance!

EDIT: The video interview is 30 mins, not 3 hours.
