Quick question on commute. Newport vs Brooklyn for S&T analyst
Hi, I have a question about housing. I have never been to NYC except for a few short-trips for the final round interviews, so I need some of your help. I am an incoming s&t FT analyst at one of the BBs near FiDi & Battery Park City. I am thinking about an option to get a roommate, but let's assume that I insist on getting a studio (I have had roommates for the past 10 yrs or so, and I would like to consider living alone). Due to high rent in Manhattan, I am considering some places at Newport or Brooklyn. Which one is a better choice, if both places are very close to metro and PATH? Thank you so much in advance for your input.
