Rates Vol / FX Vol trading desks in London

Hi all, I was looking to get a better understanding of the Rates Vol and FX Vol trading spaces in London. I was wondering which are top banks, how they are split, any interesting facts/ stories and how to get my foot in the door as a junior guy trading a derivatives book (not vol though). Any sort of advice regarding how to prepare and how to network would be greatly appreciated. It seems to me that all banks hire for non-grad roles via recruiters so don't really know who these guys are or how to find them - any recruiting firm recommendations would be very helpful too.

I am basically interested in these 2 desks as I am really passionate about vol and about macro and I believe these 2 would be the best implementation of the 2 words.

Thank you very much and all the best with your trading!
