Recommend me a prop firm to apply to (SBs awarded)

I'm going to go about this with a different tack. This isn't me being lazy, i've gone through exhaustive websites and commentaries about many many prop firms. Some are helpful, some are really hard to find anything about, so I know most of the names of the firms, but I only see what they want to show, not what they're really like (e.g. Bridgewater).

So I'll put out a bit about me, and if anyone can name a good place to me to apply to (with reasons) they'll get a SB. I have a load to hand out, and may as well use them constructively.

here goes:

Imperial College London Physics Grad (its the main hard sciene/geek university of the UK).

Entrepreneurial - good with creative ideas, and optimising systems/processes. Put my own money into my own business too.

Logically minded and moral to the core: Born and raised that way, I couldnt work for anything remotely unscrupulous, I don't care who or what they are.

Very meritocratic: Not good with office politics. We're at work to make money no?

Can do mentality: A real incentive for me to go to the states is that over there you guys seem to have a lot of positivity for doing stuff, missing from europe.

Programming: Picked u VBA in a month, enough to write an algorithm for a trading company. Basic C++, but a quick learner.

I'm mainly lacking formal training. Will work anywhere on the planet that isn't at war with the UK.

I am against wearing a suit to work on principle.

A SB for all good suggestions backed up with any reason.

Haha can't believe that got a sb. I guess I should say a little more. You haven't got a lot of responses, probably because even most of the traders here work at banks. That being said, if you have done the research you will know which prop shops are good and which are not. If you want to apply to a good firm, stick with the well known names. They are well known for a reason and are well respected in whatever their respective firm does(market making, quant, etc.). That said there are plenty of smaller firms that have a good culture and are definitely up and coming(keep your mind open). You may not be able to get your answers here but keep reaching out to professionals in the industry eventually you'll come across some prop traders.
