SA Reporting Manager
Hi! I will be joining a BB S&T as an SA. I noticed that I was assigned a reporting manager whom I have not met before during the interviews. Since I will be rotating across different desks during the summer, I may not get the chance to work with my reporting manager. In such a case, does my reporting manager act more as a mentor? How do I impress him as well to help my case for full-time conversion?
