Sales Management and Planning Desk

Hey guys,

First post here so my apologies if this is the wrong section (I couldn't find anything like a sales forum). - If it is feel free to move it.

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the Sales Management and Planning desk? From what I understand they don't interact with clients but instead oversee the sales division as a whole as well as a general overview of the S&T division. The woman I spoke to from the division said after 3 years you have good exit ops and a clear idea of what you want to do and the main focus of their work is creating strategy for the sales team as a whole?

Anyone have any more information they can share with me? Are hours/pay similar to that of Sales?

Thanks!
