What is the general career path for a Sales & Trading quant? Do most people stay in quant roles (i.e. quant at hedge fund, investment management quant) or is there more movement to other roles in Sales & Trading? Are people more likely to go for a PhD or an MBA? I'm primarily thinking about bulge brackets.
