sandtcareers interview guide?

sandtcareers had an awesome interview guide that was being sold at around $60. As of now that website seems to have shut down and the site's owner (derivstrading) isn't responding to my private messages.. I was wondering if any other fellow monkeys have this guide, and are willing to share?
