Recruiter reached out for Securities Services Sales role at JPM. Coming from a background in consulting at McKinsey, I’m not too familiar with this role. Could anyone share insights on career trajectory, compensation/bonus, and WLB? Is this a good role to transition into? I’d love to eventually make a transition into trading, could this be the right first step?
