I have an opportunity to go from being a middle market RM to joining our Securities Sales & trading desk (wholly owned subsidiary of the bank). I work with these guys very very frequently so I know the people are great. Anybody here have similar experience that they can share? Maybe some insight on day to day? A little worried about the commission based aspect of the job, but the guys on the team let me know that I’d be perfectly fine and “great” at it.
