Sentiment about RWE Supply & Trading (RWEST)

Hi, I have final found interviews with RWEST in chicago. This is for a trading / trading analyst type role (trying to stay vague here). What is the general sentiment about RWE? I come from an equities background at a BB. 5 YOE. The only other energy trading firms I have interviewed with is Citadel commodities and another bank.

This is also my first time in energy trading, so wondering general advice on what to stick to / stay away from. For example, it is well known in equities that exotic derivatives had the math wizards and ETFs/PT had the best low latency engineers. Is there something similar for energy/power?
