Have an upcoming case study interview for Shell’s trader development program. Passed the first round logistiks and personality test. Not really sure what to expect, I come from a niche commodity spot brokerage background, very little to no experience with P&L, hedging, etc. Any tips on how to prepare for the case study interview?
