Shell Trading Development Program Interview
Has anyone heard of the Trading Development Program at Shell?
If so, has anyone interviewed with them?
I just received a phone call today requesting an interview in a couple of days, and I have no idea what to expect. So what kind of questions should expect for my phone interview?

I haven't interviewed with Shell before, but have with a trading program for another large oil company. I didn't have a phone interview, but OCR and then on site interview. They typically ask fit questions and why you want to do trading and what exactly about oil/gas/energy excites you. Not sure if they will ask technicals on the phone interview, but technicals for me was a case study/simulation for oil trading (or some other product). Just know basic stuff like supply/demand, arbitrate opportunities (i.e. if oil is $80/bb in NY but only $76/bb in Florida), what can affect the price of oil, etc...
