I’m a sophomore intern in S&T at a BB, and I was wondering the return rate for sophomore interns to intern with the team again junior year. Junior to full-time conversation rates are about 60-70% at my bank but not much data on sophomore return offers?

I’m not in s&t so can’t give accurate numbers but generally from what I’ve seen across divisions sophomore returns are very high. If you are impressive enough to come in that early they probably want to keep you.
