Spot gas trader interview tomorrow. Need urgent advice for prepration.

I know I am late to ask for help but any advice from an experienced trader is appreciated. The firm is based in NE Europe and is one of the biggest utilities but also allows speculative trading. I am an analyst moving to a trader role but I have been an analyst for a prop desk and only for 14 months. Mostly did supply demand forecasting and hence don't know intricacies of intra day gas market. If you have any documentation that has any thumb rules for spot trading then please send me. I assume that intra day gas markets are influenced more from operational perspective unlike forward/futures market for seasonal spreads where sentiment regarding supply/demand in long run has more influence. If anyone here with experience in gas spot trading can guide me for interview preparation then I will be grateful.

Thanks in advance.
