s&t interviews

If you have a good gpa and prior finance experience but shitty leadership at a target (my situation) how hard is it to get a first round interview for S&T SA for both top-tier banks (like GS) and the lesser banks? On a related note, can anyone give me a sense of how the numbers for the interview process work out? (apps submitted vs. first round interviews granted vs. superdays granted vs. offers extended)

Thanks in advance
