S&T to Asset Management
Sophomore in target uni curious as to how typical the exit from S&T to Asset Management is especially for a sales. I'd like to work S&T for a bit but eventually exit to a more geographically-flexible field like AM and live outside the US. Appreciative of any and all advice.

If the goal is to get to an AM or a global macro hedge fund.. what would be the best desk to work on? And what skills should one develop in spare time?
