S&T to Tech
3rd year associate in rates sales. I no longer care about the markets, am unsuited for the unstructured nature of the job, and am looking for a way out. I would like to work in tech (specifically fintech), but am having trouble landing roles since S&T is so niche and I do not have many transferable skills. I am willing to take a paycut, and would like to avoid business school if possible.
I’d appreciate any advice on how to approach this move.
lots of fixed income people go into debt-oriented fintechs. Look at alternative lenders
