Heard about the base pay bump for Analysts in S&T/Global Markets at JPM, GS, BofA, and SocGen (plus any others I may have unintentionally missed). Does anyone know whether there has also been a bump in base for Associates and VPs in S&T/Global Markets? If so, then what are the new levels?

I could be wrong, but I personally have not heard of anything for VPs, for associates there may have been at some BBs if I remember correctly. Your salary especially in S&T at ASO/VP level is very much tied to performance. Not to say thats not the case in IB or PWM etc. but more so in S&T.
