Can't speak for MS S&T but I chose between Stifel and TD and chose TD. Pay + culture is better at TD and the group I was placed into was one of the better ones. Along with the Cowen acquisition, it was clear to me TD was getting serious about growing its US presence.

I'm sure people have done it but I would assume it would be pretty hard to move to IB at MS. If your goal to to stay in banking I would probably start at stifel/TD, if your goal is buyside then consider MS.
