Structurer and weather derivatives

Hi,

I'm currently studying at the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium in quantitative finance and in actuarial sciences. I have also have a master's degree in management from Assas University in Paris, France. Both schools are top schools in their countries and in Europe.

I'm really interested in a structurer job, especially to work on weather derivatives.

Do you think there will be opportunities on this market in 2 years and how do you consider my possibilities to enter in a top IB with my current studies ?

I thought about having a Ph.D. to get a better knowledge on weather derivatives but I'm not sure that it would be profitable to my career in an IB.
