Structurers in S&T

Hi everyone,

I was hoping someone could explain how to specifically get structuring jobs on a Trading Team and how they are posted. I see some companies just lump structuring into S&T like with Barclays and their Sales, Trading, and Structuring program.

I also assume structurers roles are not related to something like being a Structured Products Analyst at Moodys (this would not be a structurer but a credit analyst right?)

I am a bit confused as to the naming convention/path to get these sorts of roles.
