Structuring Hours update
Hi. I'm interested in any more recent updates to typical wlb/hours working on a structuring desk (NYC). There are some great resources in general on structuring on this site, but most of those touching on hours are rather dated. Anyone in the space now or with a more recent perspective, I'd love to hear from you about your typical day.
Not for NYC but rotated on a structuring desk in FICC during my summer in London. BB bank. Hours are close to 9 - 7/8 but as I understand that was a relatively quiet period for the desk, so not sure if hours would be longer when things are busier.
Thanks for the reply! Was day to day mostly modelling new payoffs/products for clients, creating powerpoint/materials to explain things to your sales staff, anything else?
