Thoughts if both were an opportunity, which one prepares you better/has a higher chance towards landing a trading role?

Depends on the firm and commodity we talking. I would say scheduling will prepare you better for trading more direct role. In the larger firms structuring is already apart of commercial and deals with a different skillset than a junoir trader would do.
