Struggling to Pass Assessment Centre’s

Just after some advice here, as not sure what I am doing wrong.

Had a few interviews and assessment centres recently. Been passing most my first round interviews and have been getting to final assessment centre rounds.

I have recently had 2 top bulge bracket AC’s which I got rejected from. I thought I smashed both. Got all technicals right and I felt like I got on with my interviewers.

My feedback also said for both my interviews were good it’s just competitive. Which I am not sure is just BS.

I have another AC this week with another bulge bracket.

Can everyone share advice for Assessment Centres and what they find works for these bulge bracket firms?

Thanks
