Stub Bonus/Analyst 0
For an analyst starting in August, how does the bonus typically work? By not having a full year of work do you get a stub bonus in that normal Dec/Jan time and then a full bonus on the anniversary of the start date? Understand it can differ by bank but just curious in general. Also if there are any average numbers for such it would help to know.
As an Analyst you should be on a Summer bonus cycle until you hit Associate (in which you move to the EOY bonus cycle)
Not aware of any banks that have Analysts on the EOY cycle
