Does anyone have updates on S&T applications for summer 2023? I read somewhere that BAML is already giving out Superdays, is this true? It seems very early for that but maybe I’m just a little bit late? When would be too late to start applying?

I heard voices saying that BAML was already giving out offers but I was not in the diversity program so I'm not sure. Citi has been having its superdays since last week and giving out offers. Barclays diversity program is having superdays this and next week. MS is having first rounds and superdays starting next week.
Damn I must be late, is it too late to apply to Citi and BAML then if they’re giving out offers? I thought they’d atleast wait for summer
I wouldn't worry since these are all diversity programs. Normal recruitment season is still in the early stage.
