Supply/demand model // contract position model

Hi all,

I'm in search of a supply and demand model/contract position or scaffold that I can use to build out a model for my business. Ideally, it would allow me to input contracted supply and demand figures and see where my position is short/long in specific regions. The model would need to track contract positions and help determine if I have enough supply to meet contract demands over the upcoming months.

It will primarily be used for agricultural commodities, but if anyone has a model or scaffold for any other type of commodity, I'd love to see that too. Just looking for a good foundation to build from. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
