Switching from S&T to IB
Hi,
I am doing my junior year internship in sales and trading this summer and have been recommended to try and switch to IB for career purposes. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this and do it respectfully?
Whether to try and switch to IB within the bank or try to recruit to other programs (may be hard with analyst class offers)?
