T3 trading group: previous experiences and other insight?

Hey I was wondering if anyone can shed some insight on whether they feel starting a equity trading career at a place like t3 trading group is enough training to be able to succeed an industry like this? I feel as though if they require such a high capital investment from new employees that this could potentially mean there is a high turnover at a place like this and they want to cover their end. Any experience with the company would be very helpful as well as if I did choose this firm. I believe would be training me or I would be in his group anyone with past experience your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
