Tired af after staring at 8 screens a day
moved from 3 screens (research only) to 8 screens (execution, chats, etc). Literally drained af afterwork and don't want to do anything else.
What tips do you guys have to protect your eyes/energy etc.
Ngl I think I’d quit any place that wants me to pay attention to 8 fuckin screens all day.

3 for execution/brokers/chats/, 1 for risk systems. 2 for BBG, 2 for coding/research
That is rough, have you considered a blue light filter to take the strain off your eyes?
Blue light glasses help a lot; I also try and print out morning research to read it in paper form. If the market is slower or I know it's a slowish period; I'll step off to a conference room to read and someone can always yell for me if I'm needed
Imagine thousands of years of evolution. Generations of your blood persevering through famines, wars, disease all so you can look at 8 screens all day
