I have a friend working there and he told me bonuses have been absolutely terrible this year. European banks are not doing well at the moment but CS is probably the one struggling the most. It really depends if you have other offers or not. But CS is a tough sell right now.

Do you think that an IB division within a European bank that is doing really well this year (or last year) will get their bonuses cut big time b/c of what is going on with the parent company?
CS doing the majority of the E&P follow-ons in 2015 is coming to mind...
I think the IB departments in CS are doing poorly. The trading volumes just aren't there and since they can't prop, no other forms of revenue.
