Tracks to Portfolio Management at top HFs
As someone who has only recently gotten into finance with one internship at a top prop shop, what is the normal track like for eventually making it to a PM role at a HF? I feel like there’s relatively little material explaining this stuff so I’m curious if I’m on the right track and if not, how can I change that?
