Trader Compensation
I would like to know whether bonus cap is common among banks based on salary base? (US/EU)
if yes, it seems discouraging for the junior trader to make huge profit since their payment will be limited?
besides, is there still a percentage profit (profit to all-in comp) for trader these days?
