Trading and National Guard careers

I'm currently an undergraduate student and a junior officer in the National Guard, and I am considering entering the trading business. The National Guard requires spending 1 weekend every month, as well as 2 full weeks of training every year, for military training. Sometimes the weekend drills are 3 days and sometimes there are additional responsibilities throughout the year. Every 3-5 years I might get deployed.

Is this something which is a major obstacle to employment in trading? I'm hoping that it won't be as big of a hindrance for trading as it is for IB.
