Trading at BB
Is it true that you have to be a recent graduate in order to land the entry level trading position at a Bulge bracket firm ?
Thanks.

Death and taxes are the only sure things in this world. Everything else is up for grabs. There are plenty of people in entry level positions from "non-traditional" backgrounds. As everyone else is probably going to say, you're just going to have to network well to get the interviews and really come off as a good fit for the role.
this path does take more time than a recent grad to become a trader thru campus recruitment and a lot of ppl give up when time goes by.
Does anyone know if BB firms would consider hiring someone as an experienced trader who has done really well in their personal trading account for years ?
