Trading Floor Support Associate Salary in NYC

Hi WSO,

I am curious about trade support associate salary in NYC, could someone give me some insights?

Some context, I am currently working for one of Canadian banks in Toronto as consultant for our own trading platform. Recently received an internal transfer opportunity to join Trade Support team in NYC and while chatting with new potential manager, he said salary and job level are still in discussion with HR and didn't give me an estimated range. I was also reached out by recruiter from another bank, which my current manager countered the offer and bumped my salary to C$ 93K base + 12% bonus. I would like to know what the salary for a trade support associate in NYC is and wondering if it is worth moving to NYC considering how expensive the cost of living is.

Thank you!
