Trading Position at Edible oil trading desk-Cargill

Hi! I have been offered a position at the edible oil trading desk of an international comodity giant after a summer internship stint there. Ive just completed my MBA(finance) and have zero work experience in finance. Assuming i work there for three years, would i be able to shift to some firm in the US/Europe?(i am interested in moving out of India and would like to shift there). The work on the trading desk is mainly in the spot and futures(no commodity options in india); i dont think ill be allowed to assume positions in the next 3 or 5 years...ive been told that people with 15 years of experience or more are allowed to take positions(that too within the set limits)and till then just execute orders that the senior trader asks them to. i am okay with studying further too. Would be grateful if you could suggest exit options after three years or so. The compensation is pretty low and there are zero bonuses.Would my trading skills be tranferrable across commodities? and across countries or would i necessarily have to stick to the indian (oil or other commodity) markets if i accept the offer.Id appreciate your help.
