Can anyone tell me what exactly is "trade date", "booking date", and "confirmation date" ?
And why "trade date" and "confirmation date" sometimes can vary such a long time that considers as a breach?

Trade date is the date you agree to the trade.
I've never heard the terms booking date or confirmation date, but I assume one (or both) means the settlement date. The settlement date is the day that the securities and consideration actually change hands, which is T+3 for corporate bonds and stocks.
