Trafigura Careers - Invitation to Cultural Interview

I am currently a Data Scientist in Fixed Income and just applied for the Tra Graduate in Energy. I have been invited for the Cultural interview which is basically behaviour questions.
Do you have any examples on how to respond regarding to the culture of the Trafigura? Like, should I show overconfidence vs humble and things like this.
