TRS Trading Desk?

Hi all, been doing networking and have an opportunity on the TRS (Total Return Swap) desk as a trader. I'm familiar broadly with what a TRS is, but was wondering what I should know going insofar as the following are concerned:

1. Day-to-day / hours?

2. Level of technicality?

3. How automated is this space? I.e., I'd have to imagine this is a very liquid product, no?

4. Exit opps? General sentiment on the desk?
