UBS Job Title

Not sure if this or the IB forum is the appropriate place to ask - mods let me know if I'm off topic.

Got an offer for a risk management position supporting the repo and structured financing desks in NYC. Position title is "authorized officer". Is this is equivalent of associate?

It seems like the use the typical analyst-associate-VP hierarchy otherwise, wanted to see if it was different for risk. Thanks.
