Upgrade Capital Question

Has anyone heard of Upgrade Capital or know somebody who got recruited as a result of their competition? I'm curious how many firms look at this competition and what its reputation is within the industry. Do a lot of the top students get calls? Just looking for a little insight. Much appreciated.
