Vanguard a solid place to begin?
I am from a non target school in PA, so breaking into a good prop shop / HF would be very difficult to say the least. However, my school funnels into Vanguard at high rates and a job there is infinitely more attainable. Would starting a career there in trading / quant work be a good idea instead of trying to recruit for a prop shop or HF?
