Webcast Interview with Management This Week

Hello everyone,

I have been interviewing with a retail/institutional global currency broker for the past two weeks(think FXDD, GFT, FXCM) and later this week I have my round three webcast interview with the management team and a VP due to myself and the firm being on opposite sides of the country. I'm not quite sure what to expect as I have never participated in this type of interview. I have a few questions that some monkeys will hopefully be able to provide insight based on personal experience. First, given that this is the third round interview, can I assume that since I have made it this far, that I am a top candidate? Second, What type of interview would this be? Technical, behavioral, fit or a blend of all? Any positive advice or pointers would be most graciously appreciated. Thank you!
