Weightlifting in HF job

Hello my brethren,

I am starting out at a hedge fund as a junior trainee (it's basically the first step to becoming a trader there) next Monday. I've been making all kinds of gainz since gyms have reopened in my city this summer and I'm keen to keep improving on them

Do any of you traders in HF manage to maintain a consistent lifting schedule during the work week? If so, when do you guys lift? how do you manage your calorie intake throughout the day to make sure u hitting the macros? and were you lifting right from the moment you joined the firm?

I am very keen to hear your experiences of lifting while working, please share!

Thanks a lot
