What are you actually getting paid as an S&T SA?
What the title says ig. Everybody is very riled up (understandably) in the big salaries you may be making a few years down the line, but as somebody from a relatively modest background, I’m curious what my pay will look like during my junior summer.
From what I’ve seen, most S&T internships are getting bases from $85-110k, some people have signing bonuses, some also explicitly outline OT. In the 10-12 week span of the internship, how much do expect to make in totality? And how much technical OT are you seeing?
Seen same, no OT
Shiti pays OT to its intern but no bbg
If you have a junior summer... Shouldnt you know your pay?
Yes, I know my base salary. But i didnt know realistically what kind of hours SA’s consistently work week in and week out in terms of OT and how that would translate to pay, because my offer did not explicitly outline OT.
If it didn't outline OT, you're not getting OT.
‘25 S&T, I have 110k pro rata with OT
