What banks/funds hire international students?

I am a sophomore from Spain currently studying in the US and I am wondering if there are select banks/funds that hire international students. I have seen that some banks such as JP Morgan, or funds such as Trillium Trading, do not hire international students.

None of them hire internationals. The international that get hired either went to school in the US or are Canadians. Both groups are authorized to work in the US even if they dont get H1B. Your best bet is to either do a masters in US or get into Madrid/London and transfer.
Thank you for the reply. I forgot to mention that I am currently enrolled in an US university. Nonetheless, there are still some firms that do not sponsor international students.
