What internships would be more relevant to S&T

Currently interning at Corporate Finance at a Big4 - realised im not as interested in the private markets / deals . Interested in going into S&T, preferably into derivatives trading.

What internships would be beneficial for me right now given I'm not able to jump straight into S&T?

Thinking of a interdealer brokerage (Tradition / BGC etc) or a family office that may run a little bit of systematic strategies. Which would be a more relevant / any other roles that you guys can recommend that would feed into derivatives trading in S&T? (my background isn't very quantitative - but I have some knowledge of python and vba)
