What kind of personality is needed for the physical houses?

"You need to be hungry and driven" is ubiquitous in corporate HR videos in all industries but I especially hear it a lot in the physical houses' videos.   What other key qualities/soft skills are needed for the role and more specifically, what type of person gets/succeeds in physical trading?

Introverted but aggressive? Outgoing and charming but not necessarily hyper-driven?

Would prefer answers from those currently in the industry.

Hungry and Driven. Means humility, no small task is below you. Trying to get to the bottom of things. Connecting small things to the larger picture.

People who do this usually just show most drive/hunger, so that's what we think. I have worked with many schedulers/midoffic in the past who had no desire to do any of that stuff and at some physical shops they would not survive at all.
